Scope

​

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders, bookings and services offered through the website www.jack7port.com.

Conclusion of contract

  • The products (e.g. CDs, merchandise) and services (e.g. concert tickets, events) presented on the website do not constitute a legally binding offer.

  • A purchase contract is only concluded with our confirmation by email.


Prices & payment conditions

  • All prices are stated in euros (€) and include VAT (if applicable).

  • Payment options: credit card, PayPal, bank transfer.


Delivery & Shipping

  • Digital Products: Provision immediately after receipt of payment.

  • Physical products (e.g. merchandise): Shipping within 10 business days Shipping costs are specified in the ordering process.


Third-party ticket sales

  • Tickets for concerts and events are sold through third parties (such as Oeticket, Ticketmaster).

  • The purchase contract for tickets is concluded between the buyer and the respective third-party provider. The third party provider’s terms and conditions apply.

  • We assume no liability for any technical issues, cancellations or refunds related to third-party tickets.


Right of withdrawal & returns

  • Buyers have a 14-day right of withdrawal, except for personalized or digital products or according to the purchase contracts or general terms and conditions of the respective third-party provider.

  • Exception: Concert tickets are excluded from the right of withdrawal as they fall under “leisure services with a fixed date” (§ 18 FAGG).

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs for physical products. A refund will be made after inspection of the returned goods.


Liability

  • This website is compiled with the greatest possible care. Nevertheless, no guarantee can be given that the information contained is free of errors or accurate. Any liability for damages that arise directly or indirectly from the use of this website is excluded, unless these are due to intent or gross negligence. If this website refers to websites operated by third parties, Jack 7 Port & 7 Ports Music assumes no responsibility for their content.

  • Liability for links: Our website contains links to external third-party websites. We have no influence on their content and assume no liability for linked sites.

  • We are not liable for any technical problems with the website or for any damage resulting from the use of our products.

  • Liability for events:

    • We are not liable for cancellations or postponements of concerts - this is the responsibility of the organizer or ticket provider.

    • Claims for reimbursement must be made directly to the third party provider.

Google web fonts
